Nutrients and Supplements
Many people suffer from chronic illness, weakness, tiredness, susceptibility to infection or burnout. This is often a vitamin and mineral deficiency.
Numerous factors influence this deficiency, such as poor diet, age, illness, stress or exposure to toxins.
Why do we often need supplementation?
Poor nutrient content in our foods
Even with “healthy food” there is no adequate supply for our body, because GMOs and lowmineral soils decrease the level of nutrients in our food.
Environmental toxins
We are unconsciously breathing fumes and eating pesticides, antibiotics and hormones. The drinking water contains drug residues, estrogens and plastic particles.
Bad digestion
Some people only absorb nutrients partially. Dietary habits, stress, chronic diseases, leaky gut, irritable bowel syndrome and disbalances play a role in the composition of the intestinal flora.
Chronic disease and age
On the one hand, chronic diseases can develop or worsen because of nutrient deficiencies and, on the other hand, chronic diseases cause so much stress in the body that the nutritional requirements increase considerably.
As we get older, we cannot metabolize nutrients as well as in younger years. Therefore, infusions are a useful preventive measure after making a vital substance analysis in a specialized laboratory.
In my Natural Health Center in Heidelberg, I therefore consider infusions as a useful measure for prevention and supporting healing. The objectives can be as diverse as strengthening the immune system, treating chronic conditions such as rheumatism, cancer, dermatological problems, anti-aging or detoxification.
