For many years now, I have worked as a Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer in Heidelberg and the broader Rhein-Neckar region. My main goal is to help my clients achieve their best performance. The approach is to provide excellence by combining the insight of the latest scientific studies in this area without forgetting the objectives and individuality of each one of them.

Through multiple studies and courses in the domain of sports and fitness, my interest in the complexity of human anatomy and the connections between mind, body and soul was stimulated.
I discovered naturopathy as the path I wanted to follow and completed the curriculum of studies at the Academy of Holisitc Medicine in Heidelberg.

My inspiration in this are basic principles of life such as simplicity, self-responsibility and living within the rhythms of nature.
